Why I Created this blog?
I work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and use this blog to document practical solutions to real technical and functional challenges.
The main focus is on data migration, system administration, security, development, and the migration from LCS to PPAC. The goal is to share clear, experience-based knowledge that helps others solve D365 SCM issues efficiently.

Business Analyst (D365 FO)
In my role as a Business Analyst, the focus was on the functional implementation of business requirements and close collaboration with end users, partners, and technical teams.
Responsibilities & Focus Areas:
- Delivered company-wide D365 FO training sessions
- Orchestrated the data migration from Abas ERP to D365 FO
- Monitored system usage and performance
- Created data entities and reports
- 1st and 2nd level support
- Gained hands-on experience across multiple ERP modules, especially:
- Procurement
- Sales & Marketing
This role provided me with a deep understanding of business processes and user requirements.
Technical Consultant (D365 FO)
As a Technical Consultant, my primary focus was the technical maintenance, continuous improvement, and stability of the D365 landscape.
Responsibilities & Focus Areas:
- Administration of D365 environments
- Management of the Azure landscape
- Administration of the Power Platform Admin Center
- Planning and execution of data migrations
- Rollout of hotfixes and patches
- Planning data upgrades from AX 2012 to D365 FO
- Troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues
- Creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles
This role significantly sharpened my technical perspective on D365.
System Administrator (D365 FO)
In the role of System Administrator, the primary focus is on the stable, secure, and high-performance operation of the system.
Responsibilities & Focus Areas:
- License management in Dynamics 365
- Creation and maintenance of roles and security concepts
- Development and maintenance of data entities
- Execution and monitoring of data migrations
- Monitoring of system performance
- Migration from Lifecycle Services (LCS) to PPAC
- 2nd level support
- Creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles
This role gave me a deep understanding of system security, governance, and operational stability.
